The BEM Center office building is the perfect blend of sustainable technologies and elegance. With its distinctive façade design and innovative services that define the modern work environment, it has won multiple awards.

The building complex formed by the BEM Center office building and the Kimpton BEM Budapest Hotel—an integral part of the Danube panorama—was realized as part of a single project, developed by Market Asset Management Zrt. and constructed by Market Építő Zrt., through the reconstruction of the former Radetzky Barracks.

The office building's roof structure is almost entirely covered with solar panels, allowing the building to use two-thirds of the solar energy it generates. The parking system operates using smart technology, while irrigation is carried out using a rainwater-based solution. Environmental principles played a key role during construction as well: over 90% of the extracted materials were recycled.
