Nexon’s new headquarters is an eight-storey contemporary office building on Váci út, awarded a LEED Gold certification and designed to be both accessible and environmentally responsible. The building stands out in its urban context with an elegant, minimalist architectural language, characterised by restrained colours and crisp, clean lines. The construction was executed by Market Építő Zrt. as general contractor, while the design work was done by FBIS Építész Iroda.

Its interiors have been conceived for the demands of the 21st century, combining contemporary amenities and services with efficient spatial organisation and cost-effective operation. The dynamism of the building mass is created by the stacked, rotated volumes that taper upwards in a pyramidal fashion. These are articulated by the façade’s irregular white banding and the high-parapet strip windows set between them, lending the structure a distinctive and immediately recognisable presence even from afar.

Our company managed and executed the entire project. We devoted special attention to the functionality of the interior spaces, the maximum use of natural light, the integration of the roof and outdoor terraces, and modern office comfort. Collaboration with the designers ensured that the building would be aesthetic, comfortable and sustainable, meeting Nexon’s needs and the requirements of modern office construction.
