Kerox production hall

The new production hall built for Kerox Ipari és Kereskedelmi Kft. in Sóskút represented a major expansion for the company, effectively doubling the footprint of its previous manufacturing facility. Designed to meet 21st-century industrial and workplace standards, the state-of-the-art production and office building supports continuous innovation, research and development, and the company’s high-quality output for international markets. The construction was executed by Market Építő Zrt. as general contractor.

The investment covered the construction of a three-storey office building and a modern production hall with a total area of 23,775 square metres on a 157,316 square metre plot in the Sóskút Industrial Park. Construction was completed in just eight months – an exceptionally tight timeframe for a project of this scale. During the process, coordinated by Market, nearly 500 people worked together in the peak period to ensure that the facility met modern industrial standards in every respect. The industrial complex, originally delivered in 2015, was further extended in 2022 to increase manufacturing capacity and optimise logistical processes.

The resulting facility not only provides significant additional capacity and new jobs, but also offers a world-class manufacturing environment capable of sustaining Kerox’s outstanding product quality on global markets.
