Római Lakópart Holiday Residence

The Római Lakópart Holiday Residence is located on Királyok útja in Budapest’s District III, in a landscaped green area adjoining the Római-part. The development comprises 49 apartments arranged within two three-storey buildings, complemented by communal spaces, a boat-storage facility and a shared underground car park accessible by lifts. The apartments range from 50 to 122 m², feature central-corridor layouts, can be interconnected on request, and include generous balconies and terraces, with penthouse-style flat-roofed units on the top level.

The project began in autumn 2016 and was completed by the end of 2017. The design was made by K.S. Stúdió Kft., while the general construction was executed by Market Építő Zrt. on behalf of Terassa Kft., the investor. The development was organised along the east-west axis of the plot, ensuring panoramic views of the Danube and the Pilis Mountains. The landscaped grounds, surface-level parking at the main entrance, and outdoor sports equipment and playground on the Danube side together create a harmonious blend of practicality and nature-oriented living.

The construction was carried out to a high standard, fully satisfying the client’s requirements. In 2018, the project received a certificate of recognition in the “Monument Restoration, Building Rehabilitation” category of the Construction Industry Award for Excellence.
