HelloParks warehouse

The development project in Maglód is an important milestone in the life of the Futureal Group, which aims to make HelloParks one of the leading players in the industrial and logistics market in Hungary. As with the first building in Maglód, the FT1 warehouse –  inaugurated in June 2022 – was designed to achieve the excellent BREEAM sustainability standard. This rating means that the project meets extremely high sustainability requirements not only in terms of its technical content, but also in terms of its ergonomic design, environmental impact reduction, energy efficiency and operation.

The project was not only challenging due to the extremely short deadline but also due to the shortage of building materials and the unrealistic and often unpredictable increases in material prices. Despite these difficulties, a truly sustainable industrial and logistics hub was born. The park is primarily intended for urban distribution service providers, light industry manufacturers and assembly companies.
