The new campus of the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design (MOME) is one of Budapest’s most distinctive higher-education developments. Located in Zugliget, in the 12th district, the three-phase development yielded an entirely new architectural ensemble while revitalising earlier components of the institution.

In 2017, the new plant of MCS Vágóhíd Zrt. opened its gates in Mohács – an enterprise that has since matured into one of Hungary’s most modern, sustainably operated and cost-efficient meat-processing facilities.

The Római Lakópart Holiday Residence is located on Királyok útja in Budapest’s District III, in a landscaped green area adjoining the Római-part. The development comprises 49 apartments arranged within two three-storey buildings, complemented by communal spaces, a boat-storage facility and a shared underground car park accessible by lifts.

The renovation of the Central European University (CEU) campus in the city centre was intended to create a 21st-century, sustainable and technologically advanced university infrastructure that supports international-standard education, research and university community life.

The Budapest Music Center arose from the renovation of a residential building erected in 1890, embedded within the historic urban fabric of Ferencváros. The renewed building now houses an institution that provides space for all forms of music, paying homage to the past through the tools of contemporary architecture. The goal of the conversion and extension was to create a multifunctional cultural centre that serves musicians, students and audiences alike.
