Under the construction by Market Építő Zrt., this development specifically intended to deliver a nationally recognised, innovative, inspiring and future-oriented new campus for Corvinus University of Budapest. The campus development was managed by the Maecenas Universitatis Corvini Foundation, which maintains the building. The vision for the content of the development was created through a process known as community design.

Budapest Airport Pier 1 Passenger Terminal

For years, the logistics needs of airlines arriving and departing from Liszt Ferenc International Airport were met by a lightweight industrial building and a connecting corridor in Terminal 2A. However, in early 2019, the Pier 1 passenger terminal, which satisfies the highest passenger demands and is of particular importance for the country's image, was handed over in two phases. The construction of all parts of the building was completed in record time, in exactly 339 days.

MOME UP

MOME UP is the Knowledge Centre of the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design (MOME), one of the most important and impressive buildings on campus. The building is designed to support the research, teaching and innovation activities of the University and houses the Graduate School, the Library, the Applications Office, and the International and Brand Offices. An important consideration during construction was to ensure that the large-scale development would fit in with the free-standing development in the area. The pavilion design was retained and, in addition, the weight of the new masses was lightened by a variety of means.
