Péter Esterházy’s villa

The Esterházy Villa, situated along the Római-part, was the home and creative hub of Péter Esterházy, Kossuth Prize-winning author, for more than four decades. Although it is not classified as a listed building from an architectural standpoint, its cultural significance is immeasurable: through the works created here and the history of the Esterházy family, it represents a prominent element of Hungarian intellectual heritage.
