The BudaPart GATE office building was developed by Property Market Kft. and constructed by Market Építő Zrt. at the access point to the newest and most complex district of the capital.

The construction of the Szabad György Office Building on Kossuth Lajos Square was carried out by Market Építő Zrt. as general contractor for the Office of the Parliament.
