The Dürer Park project was completed after more than seven years of preparation and construction in one of the busiest locations in Budapest, near the City Park, on the site of a former education institution for girls and political college complex. The investment involved the complete transformation of the 3.7-hectare site, including the reconstruction of the convent building, which is a listed monument, and the construction of new, modern office and residential buildings.

Today, BEM Center is one of Buda's defining buildings, preserving its historical roots, yet modern and sustainable, combining the values ​​of the past with the urban lifestyle of the future.

The MOL Campus is one of the iconic works of Hungarian architecture and construction. Located on the northern shore of Lágymányosi Bay, next to Kopaszi Dam and Infopark, the building complex consists of a 28-storey tower and a 5-storey podium, with its highest point at 143 metres.
