In May 2023, Panattoni handed over its first logistics centre in Hungary: Panattoni City Dock Törökbálint, located just 12 kilometres from Budapest.

The new regional distribution centre of JYSK in Ecser, in the immediate vicinity of Budapest, was constructed by Market Építő Zrt., as the general contractor of the project.

The HelloParks FT1 warehouse in Fót is one of Hungary's largest and most modern industrial and logistics centres, developed by the Futureal Group. The project was intended to provide a sustainable, energy-efficient and flexibly configurable logistics space that meets the highest industrial and environmental standards.

Market Építő Zrt. carried out the development of Ongropack’s warehouse buildings in two phases, significantly expanding industrial capacity in the region.

Deufol’s South-East European regional hub and logistics packaging facility was constructed in the southern industrial park of Debrecen, close to the international airport. The development occupies a 15-hectare site and comprises 60,000 m² of built-up floor area. The plant incorporates state-of-the-art automated packaging technology, including a bespoke packaging line nearly 50 metres in length, designed to ensure highly efficient production.

DPD Hungária Kft.’s new parcel distribution center was completed in autumn 2020 in Budapest, in the 15th district, located right next to the M3 motorway.
