The construction of OBO Bettermann’s new locksmith plant was carried out in 2019 by Market Építő Zrt. in Bugyi, within the company's industrial park.

In 2017, the construction of the modern Omega Laser Steeltec headquarters in Nagytarcsa was completed as part of a greenfield investment project, under the general construction of Market Építő Zrt.

The new production hall built for Kerox Ipari és Kereskedelmi Kft. in Sóskút represented a major expansion for the company, effectively doubling the footprint of its previous manufacturing facility.
