Warehouse Building A, Phase I – NIPÜF Pécs Industrial Park was constructed under the supervision of Market Építő Zrt. managing the project in collaboration with subsidiaries of the Market Group. The construction works were carried out by Market Építő Zrt. and the general designs were prepared by Lean Tech Mérnökiroda Kft.

Under commission from Semcorp Hungary Kft., the European subsidiary of Shanghai based Yunnan Energy New Material Co. Ltd., Market Építő Zrt. delivered the company’s first European manufacturing facility in the southern industrial zone of Debrecen. The construction of the 97,000 m² manufacturing complex started in August 2021, and production was originally scheduled for the first quarter of 2023, but trial production finally started in mid-2025.

The new aluminium recycling plant of Hydro Extrusion Hungary Kft. has been built in Székesfehérvár, which is capable of producing 90,000 tonnes of recycled aluminium per year, mainly for the premium automotive segment.

Executed by Market Építő Zrt. for Benepack Hungary Kft., this project represents one of the largest industrial investments in the Southern Great Plain region, establishing the Benepack manufacturing base in Makó. The project is not only of industrial significance, but also an architectural example of how large-scale, complex industrial investments can be realised with high technical quality and an environmentally conscious approach.

The first European factory of Apollo Tyres was built in Gyöngyöshalász, Hungary, on an area of more than 72 hectares, by Market Építő Zrt. The plant is one of the most modern tyre manufacturing units in East-Central Europe, built as a fully greenfield project, and was designed to integrate the most state-of-the-art technologies and ensure sustainable and efficient operations.

One of Hungary’s most significant industrial investments in aircraft manufacturing was realized in Gyula: the new parts factory of Airbus Helicopters, producing precision components for the European helicopter manufacturer’s entire model range. The project was commissioned by the Nemzeti Ipari Park Üzemeltető és Fejlesztő (NIPÜF Zrt.), with general contracting carried out by Market Építő Zrt.
