Market Építő Zrt. was awarded the contract for the structural construction works for the central production hall of Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL) in Debrecen. The Chinese-owned company is the world's largest battery manufacturer, so the investment is of major importance not only from an industrial but also from an economic point of view, as the project will create 9,000 new jobs in the region.

The first European factory of Apollo Tyres was built in Gyöngyöshalász, Hungary, on an area of more than 72 hectares, by Market Építő Zrt. The plant is one of the most modern tyre manufacturing units in East-Central Europe, built as a fully greenfield project, and was designed to integrate the most state-of-the-art technologies and ensure sustainable and efficient operations.

Executed by Market Építő Zrt. for Benepack Hungary Kft., this project represents one of the largest industrial investments in the Southern Great Plain region, establishing the Benepack manufacturing base in Makó. The project is not only of industrial significance, but also an architectural example of how large-scale, complex industrial investments can be realised with high technical quality and an environmentally conscious approach.

The new aluminium recycling plant of Hydro Extrusion Hungary Kft. has been built in Székesfehérvár, which is capable of producing 90,000 tonnes of recycled aluminium per year, mainly for the premium automotive segment.

GKN Automotive Hungary’s new site was developed as a greenfield investment in Felsőzsolca, near Miskolc, to supply components for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Suzuki and Volkswagen. The facility comprises a production and logistics hall, an office building and an engineering centre, which is also used for development and testing purposes.

In spring 2024, a 17,000 m² production hall was handed over in the 15th district of the capital, serving as an extension to the Siemens Energy site.
