Market Építő Zrt.
The founder and CEO of Market Építő Zrt., Sándor Scheer, formed the company with his partner in December 1995 and it was incorporated as Market Zrt. in January 1996. From its foundation as a 100 % Hungarian-owned company, it has grown to become Hungary’s leading construction firm and has received numerous international accolades. Within the Group, it acts as a general contractor, coordinating the various branches of the construction industry and ensuring proper workflow during the construction works.
Market Épületszerviz Karbantartó Kft.
Market Épületszerviz Kft. is responsible for the rapid and professional rectification of any faults that arise during the warranty and guarantee periods of buildings constructed by the Market Group, maintaining continuous communication with clients and operators. Founded in 1997, the Company also carries out specialised trade works such as façade installation, painting and railing installations, maintenance, graffiti removal and anti-graffiti protection. Each year, numerous facilities and several hundred thousand square metres of new area come under its care across Hungary.
Moratus Szerkezetépítő Kft.
Moratus Szerkezetépítő Kft. was founded in 2004 by civil engineers with decades of experience in the field of monolithic reinforced concrete construction. The Company covers the full spectrum of reinforced concrete construction, from large-scale industrial facilities to aesthetically realised exposed-concrete structures. The Company’s success is based on the design of structures that are economical in terms of material use, yet durable, as designed by its engineering team.
Vilati Szerelő Zrt.
Vilati Szerelő Zrt. has a long history, its predecessor was founded in 1960 and was active in building electrical installations. The Company joined the Market Group in 2011 and its core business is electrical installation in buildings, particularly specialist electrical tasks. Vilati carries out a significant part of the electrical works undertaken by the Market Group, including the provision of temporary power supply on construction sites, the organisation of on site acceptance by the competent authorities and the handover to operators. Their team is composed of a large number of technical scheduling engineers and site managers who are responsible for the preparation of high quality designs, which are implemented by specialist suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractor installation teams. Vilati is now one of the highest-turnover players in the Hungarian electrical installation market.
Lean Tech Mérnökiroda Kft.
Lean Tech Mérnökiroda Kft. was founded in 2011 as a member of the Market Group with the aim of creating attractive, efficient and sustainable architectural and engineering solutions. The company puts special focus on providing a high quality service to its clients while comprehensively applying the benefits of BIM modelling. It ensures high efficiency and quality in the design processes, allowing for seamless coordination of the entire project life cycle and collaboration between different disciplines.
OKM Építőipari és Szolgáltató Kft.
OKM Építőipari és Szolgáltató Kft. is a civil engineering company with a 25-year history, renewed through the renaming of OK Bau Kft. As a subsidiary, it joined the Market Group in 2012. The Company's activities are mainly focused on industrial, commercial and logistics constructions, as well as schools, public buildings, residential parks, municipal sewerage, soil stabilisation, civil engineering works, rigid pavement road construction and earthworks. OKM has a large fleet of its own machinery, which enables it to carry out major infrastructure projects efficiently and on short notice.
Property Market Ingatlanfejlesztő Kft.
Property Market Ingatlanfejlesztő Kft. is a subsidiary of the Market Group, founded in 2015 and specialising in real estate development. The dynamically developing company has become a major player in the real estate development market, aiming to create premium quality, sustainable real estate projects that contribute to improving the quality of the built environment and living space. Their developments, in prime locations, are outstanding in terms of architecture, urban design and complexity, and in many cases are pioneering in the market. Their aim is to create a new category in real estate development and add value for future generations.
MCM Beton Kft.
MCM Beton Kft. is engaged in the production of high quality concrete and the provision of raw materials for construction projects. Founded in 2016, it started operations at the site of the BudaPart project, which is being executed by the Market Group, and since then has five concrete plants serving the Group's projects. The Company is committed to reducing its environmental impact and is continuously working to ensure efficient and sustainable supply of raw materials.
Market Asset Management Zrt.
Market Asset Management Zrt., founded in 2019 as part of the Market Group, focuses on real estate portfolio management and investment management, aiming to optimise the management of assets on the real estate market, such as office buildings and commercial properties, while increasing their value. The Company aims to improve the long-term performance of real estate by finding suitable tenants and continuously improving sustainability indicators, while also offering investment and asset management services to its clients.
PREbeton Zrt.
PREbeton Zrt. founded in 2019 as a member of the Market Group, specialises in the production, installation and reinforcing steel machining of precast reinforced concrete structures. The Company manufactures its products at its plant in Erdőtelek, using modern technologies and a unique steel template park. The Company's services include design, manufacture, delivery and installation, offering complete structural solutions. Its products comply with Hungarian laws and requirements of the MSZ EN ISO 9001 quality management system, ensuring high quality and fast delivery times.
MRKT Padló Kft.
Founded in 2019, MRKT Padló is a specialist in the production of industrial flooring and screed base. It manufactures floors and topping concrete for industrial and logistics halls, as well as outdoor basalt and pavement concrete, meeting the Market Group’s logistical and industrial investment needs. It also manufactures traditional and self-levelling screed bases, lightweight concrete for residential buildings, office buildings, hotels and public institutions.
TRAG-Plan & Engineering Services Kft.
TRAG-Plan & Engineering Services Kft. specialises in building construction and building electricity design, plan review, technical supervision and legally responsible construction management. Founded in 2022 as a member of the Market Group, TRAG-Plan covers all aspects of electrical engineering/design, including low and high voltage systems, distribution equipment and automation solutions. It supports projects from the tender phase through to execution, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and energy efficiency.
