Building Information Management
BIM (Building Information Management) is a working methodology that results in a three-dimensional digital model containing all necessary architectural, structural and other specialist-discipline information. It allows designers, contractors and operators to work from the same database. BIM supports communication, helps improve the quality of designs and enables precise accounting.
ISO 19650: Assurance for our partners
Market Építő Zrt. is the first general contractor in Hungary to have obtained ISO 19650 certification. This clearly demonstrates both our dedication towards quality and innovation, as well as our involvement in supporting and operating BIM processes in Hungary and the region.

BimForShare
The Market Group has set itself the goal of helping to spread the use of the BIM system and raise the standards of its application. We believe that BIM should not be a privilege reserved for major projects. It is a tool that supports the work of all of us.
That is why in 2022, we launched our knowledge-sharing platform BimForShare to support design teams and higher education – including both educators and students.
We are proud to be the first to have pioneered the sharing of our knowledge and to have been able to provide shared materials, samples and templates for more than three years.
Our database is constantly being updated and expanded.
We can verify both the geometric compliance (e.g. clash detection) and the data embedded in the model. We provide feedback to the design team on the results, enabling necessary corrections before construction begins, and also supporting on-site work and information flow during execution.
We can provide our project teams with up-to-date data and analyses to support their work directly through digitalisation.
The available BIM models are accessible to both our colleagues and our clients. So everyone has the opportunity to see the whole building in one view, across specialist disciplines, at any time – even on a mobile device at the construction site.
We provide our construction project teams with accurate and up-to-date data. This ensures accurate and precise accounting with our partners. It is important to us that our colleagues can focus on the real technical issues, rather than taking measurements off the drawings.
