Market Épületszerviz Kft. was founded in 1997. At the beginning the Company took care of the maintenance tasks of the Aral network of filling stations and the McDonald’s buildings.
In the next period the Company also started to make interior reconstructions.

At present it has service operations in four areas:

  1. Construction industry maintenance
  2. Repair of faults in buildings completed by Market Építő Zrt. and Market Építőipari Kft., as well as Market Épületszerviz Kft. within and out of the guarantee period.
  3. Works pertaining to construction (primarily finishing works): These works involve mainly the finishing and completion of various construction trade tasks
    The major trades are (the list is not complete): tiling, surface finishing (painting and coating), gypsum board wall construction, welding, sealing work with construction sealants (e.g.: acryl, Sziloplaszt, Sika, etc.). In addition, the Company takes care of providing electricity for site preparations to begin site work and performs other works pertaining to the site preliminaries (e.g.: building fences).
  4. Interior transformation works: They involve reconstruction and transformation works from minor ones – covering a single room – up to total floors.

Out of the above mentioned fields the fault repairs under guarantee periods and after that cover several hundred thousand square meters of new areas every year. (In 2005 we took care of the tasks in the guarantee period of nearly 300,000 m2 floor area in new buildings.

We perform them using well equipped service cars. (Toyota Hiace type cars including shelves, various manual electric machinery, tools and spare items). A service team of 2 to 3 people are assigned to each service car. Naturally, the mechanics are all furnished with a mobile phone, working clothes and the required personal protective equipment.  
The service leader coordinates their activities.

We have qualified personnel who take care of each trade task to be performed. We organize advance trainings for them to renew and improve their professional skills on a continuous basis.

As the volume of our tasks is keep growing, we regularly increase the number of our personnel. (At the end of 2011 the headcount of Market Épületszerviz Kft. amounted to 26 people.)

We perform the tasks in the listed four groups of activities nationwide, but mainly in Budapest and its surroundings.

We repair the faults reported on the basis of a notification sheet developed for this purpose, subject to fault categories.  (You can find this form on our website.)

We attach special priority to faults of life, accident and health hazards, as well as those which affect the condition of the building and we promptly start their trouble shooting.

Our Clients’ satisfaction is indicated by the fact that they especially call us to make even minor transformation works.

Naturally, Market Épületszerviz Kft. has a valid quality certificate system since 1999 on a continuous basis.
